Married with 3 furbabies
I married the love of my life on November 11, 2022. It was the most magical day for of love and laughter. Together we have 3 fur babies, 2 dogs, and 1 cat. Our oldest is Blondie, she is our 9-year-old Chihuahua-Russell terrier mix, Pepper our 4-year-old cat, and Fang our 2-year-old black lab.
Enjoy being outdoors and athletic
Ever since I can remember I have always been "in-season" for a sport. Between softball, basketball, volleyball, track/field, figure skating, gymnastics, speed skating, and more. With that being my entire childhood, I have always loved being active and being outdoors.
Currently writing a poetry book
In high school I took 2 creative writing classes and fell in love with putting my emotions into poetry. Over time I realized I have written quite a large collection and decided to edit, organize, and (eventually) publish them. I am currently working on the artwork for the book.
President of WFSA Des Moines
In 2022, My friend Kaitlyn and I started WFSA (Women's Fastpitch Softball Association) league in Des Moines. We had several women come from all over the area and even the state to come play. In 2023, Kaitlyn moved to Florida and I continue to run the league. I help bring women back to the sport we love. In addition to Des Moines, I also help other women across the country start their own leagues.
Passion for being behind the camera
I have always loved being behind the camera, capturing moments that would otherwise be gone has always been a passion and stress reliever of mine. I have enjoyed every type of photography you could think of (Not that I'm an expert in them all) but a few types are weddings, couples, seniors, sports, cars, nature landscapes, animals, and recently dabbled in the night sky.
